Mature coconut husks are selected as the starting material for Hexagro’s coir products.

Each material follows its own route: fibre extraction, husk cutting, or pith washing in the wash bunker.
3Step 3
Material is cleaned and dried for its final format, including automated covered drying for coir pith blocks.
4Step 4
Finished goods are inspected against the order requirements before they are prepared for shipment.
