Step by step

Mature coconut husks are received in bulk, visually checked, and kept ready for controlled processing. Stones, plastics and other visible foreign matter are removed before the material enters the line.

The accepted husks move from the feed bunker onto a conveyor at a regulated rate. Consistent feeding helps the downstream opening and separation equipment operate steadily without uncontrolled surges.

Breaker and decorticating equipment open the husk structure and release the long coir fibre. The same operation separates the finer coir pith fraction for its own processing route.

The extracted fibre passes through cleaning and screening equipment to reduce adhering pith and short particles. The usable fibre is then graded for consistency before drying.

Cleaned fibre is dried and conditioned before compression. Controlling excess moisture supports stable bale weight, tighter compression and safer bulk storage.

Dry, approved fibre is loaded into the hydraulic press, compacted into the bulk bale format and securely strapped for handling, storage and transport.

Finished bales are checked for weight, compression, strapping and visible condition. Approved bales are stacked by order and prepared for bulk dispatch.
