Pith recovery and screening

Coir pith recovered during fibre processing is collected and screened to remove coarse fibre, oversized particles, and visible foreign matter before washing.

Screened pith is processed through the pith wash bunker for controlled washing and leaching. The washing stage prepares the material for horticultural substrate production.
